US based Rigging and Transportation Services recently put their 9 tonne Valla Pick and Carry crane through its paces assisting a factory relocation project.
Over the two day project the compact crane was used to lift and manoeuvre a large electrical panel, taking great care with existing conveyor lines and overhead lighting and cables.
The second lifting challenge was a series of jacketed SS tanks. Effortless lifting enabled teams to position these large tanks into the production areas ready for final elements installation and commissioning
Compact Footprint for Confined Spaces
The compact chassis enables the Valla crane to navigate through tight spaces and confined areas commonly found in industrial and factory environments. During the relocation project, the crane adeptly manoeuvered around existing machinery and structural obstacles.
Innovative Engineering aids Safety
Precise and agile manoeuvering of the load was made possible thanks to Valla’s remote control operation. This enables the operator to have full sight of the load and lift, whilst the precise controls allow small movements to navigate overhead obstacles
Fully electric
