Born in Piacenza, built for precision

In Piacenza, the Valla pick and carry crane story is still being written.

Since 1945, this northern Italian city has been associated with the high-quality Valla brand, and today remains the home of Valla’s compact electric lifting equipment for specialist industrial applications. From this dedicated facility, the leading range continues to be built with the kind of focus and engineering care that has shaped its reputation over many years.

The manufacturing site itself spans 2,500m², with a 2,100m² building area devoted to the production of full-electric pick and carry cranes. These are cranes designed for environments where space is tight, control matters and lifting needs to be carried out with accuracy rather than brute force.

That is what makes the Piacenza facility so important to the identity of the range. It is not simply where the cranes are assembled, but where Valla’s long-standing approach to compact lifting continues to take shape through high-precision manufacturing and specialist design.

As 100% battery-powered, zero-emission lifting solutions, Valla cranes are particularly well suited to industrial settings where larger equipment may be less practical. In these environments, compact dimensions and smooth, controlled handling are not just useful features, but an important part of getting the job done properly.
